SCREEN Plans to Exhibit at Labelexpo Americas 2024

SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd., also referred to as SCREEN GA, announces its subsidiary, SCREEN GP Americas, will take part in Labelexpo Americas 2024, which will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois, from September 10 to September 12, 2024. SCREEN Americas will be located in booth 6423.

In the label printing market, where digital printing machines have become more widespread, solutions are required not only for improved quality, operability, and productivity, but also for higher compatibility with various substrates and additional value. SCREEN GA showcases the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S, an inkjet label press with a digital primer unit that applies a primer to enhance adhesion between the substrate and the ink only on the area where the ink is applied. Even for specific materials, which has been quite challenging in the past, high-quality printing with no additional operation is now available. Attendees can check out various samples at SCREEN’s booth to experience the business created by the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S and learn how a business can create a future in print.

The packaging market is now contributing to a renewable society by using substrates such as biomass and nanomaterial. SCREEN GA, in cooperation with the relevant supply chains, proposes solutions to realize a sustainable society with its Truepress PAC 520P, a digital inkjet press for paper packaging, and the Truepress PAC 830F, a digital inkjet press for flexible packaging. The Truepress PAC 520P is a high-quality, productive digital press capable of printing on paper-packaging substrates. It is equipped with water-based inks that comply with the regulations required for food packaging. The Truepress PAC 830F prints on flexible packaging substrates such as PET and OPP with five colors: CMYK+W. The press reaches a speed up to 75 meters per minute and produces a resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi.
