Screen’s label printing technology prowess engages converters at recent gathering of key packaging execs
The 3rd annual Digital Packaging Summit, held in Ponte Vedra, Florida, and presented by Package Printing magazine, was host to scores of influential, successful label converters and other packaging practitioners looking to learn more about new technology and developments in the packaging arena.
Screen Americas is proud to have been a part of the event as a major sponsor and presenter of its inkjet label technology featuring the new Truepress Jet L350UV+ label printer and its sibling, the L350UV+ LM machine.
Sean Cummins, Joe Falcone and Mark Schlimme, represented Screen in group presentations and “one-on-one” conversations with converters and other market makers in the packaging space. “The L350UV+ technology turned a lot of heads during the 3-day event,” said Joe Falcone, regional sales manager for Screen digital label solutions. “Label producers are recognizing that with technology like Screen’s Truepress Jet L350UV+, digital inkjet can be either an effective complement or successor to conventional label printing for many applications.”
